Cocktail #010- Chicago Fall Cocktail
A staple of tailgate parties when we play the Chicago Bears as well as fall cocktail parties when we are looking for a tequila drink.

We made this drink for the first time for a Titans vs. Bears tailgate. It was such a tremendous hit that friends and family began requesting it in the fall regardless of whether or not we were playing "da Bears."

Ingredients
2 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Technique
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with some cubed ice.
Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
