Cocktail #011- El Greco Madness

This delicious Irish whiskey cocktail is the perfect after dinner drink by being rich, but not too sweet. Premium spirits such as Redbreast 12-year old Irish whiskey and Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao make this cocktail even more luxurious. Despite containing all spirits, you shake rather than stir this cocktail.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Irish whiskey (I used 12-year old Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey)

• 3/4 oz sweet vermouth

• 1/4 oz creme de cacao

• 1 oz Aperol

Technique

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with some cubed ice.

Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh clear ice cube.
