Cocktail #013- Gingerly

Despite the name, the ginger is definitely a supporting character in this autumnal cocktail. To kick up the ginger flavor, eat one of the candied ginger garnishes and then take a drink.

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz genever

• 3/4 oz apple brandy

• 3/4 ginger liqueur

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur

Technique

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with some cubed ice.

Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe or goblet.

Garnish

Candied ginger on a skewer
