Cocktail #015- Apple Kickin

This Old Fashioned variation uses Japanese whiskey as its primary base while building in the flavors of fall with apple brandy and the bittersweet notes of Amaro Montenegro.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Japanese whiskey

• 3/4 oz apple brandy

• 1/4 oz Amaro Montenegro

• 1/4 oz Demerara syrup

• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Technique

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with some cubed ice.

Stir for 30-45 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a clear ice cube.
