Cocktail #016- Muletide

Miracle is a series of Christmas pop up bars that take over local bars with holiday decor and cocktails. This drink is a variation of the mezcal mule minus the festive glassware for which Miracle is known.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz mezcal

• 3/4 oz amontillado sherry

• 3/4 oz ginger syrup

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• 1/2 oz allspice dram

Technique

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with some cubed ice.

Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a clear ice cube.
