Pour Over Coffee Carafe
Ingredients
2 oz cold brew concentrate
2 oz orange juice
2 oz lime juice
2 oz guava puree
1 oz passion fruit puree
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz honey syrup
Technique
Add all ingredients to a mixer tin with some pebble ice.
Flash blend for 5-7 seconds and pour into a Chemex or other pour over coffee carafe and add more pebble ice to fill.
