Cocktail #019- NA Tahitian Coffee

A nonalcoholic riff on the Tahitian Coffee cocktail from the NYC Bar Slowly Shirley.

Pour Over Coffee Carafe

Ingredients

• 2 oz cold brew concentrate

• 2 oz orange juice

• 2 oz lime juice

• 2 oz guava puree

• 1 oz passion fruit puree

• 1 oz simple syrup

• 3 oz honey syrup

Technique

Add all ingredients to a mixer tin with some pebble ice.

Flash blend for 5-7 seconds and pour into a Chemex or other pour over coffee carafe and add more pebble ice to fill.
