Highball Glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Seltzer

  • 1 1/2 oz Aged Jamaican Rum

  • 1 oz Sorel Hibiscus Liqueur

  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz Demerara Syrup

Technique

Add seltzer to highball glass. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice. Shake and strain into the glass over fresh cubed ice. Garnish.
