Highball Glass
Ingredients
2 oz Seltzer
1 1/2 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
1 oz Sorel Hibiscus Liqueur
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Demerara Syrup
Technique
Add seltzer to highball glass. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice. Shake and strain into the glass over fresh cubed ice. Garnish.
