With the beginning of fall today, it seems appropriate to start moving away from summery tiki drinks to the flavors of autumn with warm baking spices and aged brown liquors. This particular cocktail is a Daisy of sorts with spirit, sweet, and sour parts along with a liqueur modifier (in this case, Domaine de Canton's fantastic ginger liqueur). We hope you enjoy the beginning of fall and that the weather starts getting cooler and the leaves turn into beautiful colors wherever you are.
