Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Mezcal

  • 1/2 oz Rhubarb Liqueur

  • 2/3 oz White Grapefruit Juice

  • 1/3 oz Cinnamon Syrup

  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Technique

Add all the ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Express a grapefruit twist over the drink and garnish.
