An Irish riff on the Kentucky Maid that anticipates the coming of spring

Ingredients
2 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3 slices Cucumber
Technique
Add the cucumber slices, honey syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker tin and muddle. Then add the Irish whiskey, elderflower liqueur, and ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish.
