Ingredients

• 2 oz London Dry Gin

• 1/4 oz Tonic Syrup

• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Technique

In a mixing glass, add ice and all the ingredients above. Stir and strain into a rocks glass with a large clear ice cube. Express the lime peel over the drink and garnish.
