Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aged Jamaican Rum

  • 3/4 oz Cognac

  • 1/4 oz Overproof Unaged Jamaican Rum

  • 1/4 oz Blackstrap Rum

  • 1/2 oz Campari

  • 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

  • 1/4 oz Passionfruit Syrup

  • 1/2 oz Cane Sugar Syrup

Technique

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with pebble ice and whip shake for 5-6 seconds. Open pour into a footed pilsner glass. Top with more pebble ice to fill the glass. Garnish.
