A lighter, lower ABV take on a Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Plantation Stiggins Pineapple Rum

  • 1/2 oz Clement Mahina Coco Coconut Liqueur

  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

  • Fill with LaCroix Coconut Flavored Seltzer (or a sweetened Coco Rico soda if you prefer a sweeter drink)

Technique

Add the first four ingredients to a glass and stir. Add a splash of the coconut seltzer and then fill with crushed ice. Top with additional seltzer. Garnish.
