Ingredients

• 3 Sage Leaves

• 2 Lime Wedges

• 3/4 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup

• 1/2 oz Lime Juice

• 1/2 oz Silver Cachaca

• 1 1/2 oz Mezcal

Technique

Muddle the sage, lime wedges, and pineapple syrup in a shaker tin then add the rest of the ingredients. Shake 10-15 seconds and open pour into a rocks glass. Garnish.
