A springtime sour using Japanese ingredients

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Sweet Potato Shochu
1/2 oz Vodka (preferably Japanese such as Haku)
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Strawberry Syrup
Egg White
Technique
Add all the ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish.

Peychaud's Bitters (use a toothpick to create a design)
