Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Sweet Potato Shochu

  • 1/2 oz Vodka (preferably Japanese such as Haku)

  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 oz Strawberry Syrup

  • Egg White

Technique

Add all the ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish.
