Arizona Mule


In a copper mule mug or rocks glass filled with ice, add the following ingredients:
-2 oz Blanco Tequila
-½ oz Prickly Pear Syrup
-¼ oz Lime Juice
-Fill with Ginger Beer
Stir to combine and garnish with a lime wedge.
Recommended Ingredients

Prickly Pear Syrup: Liquid Alchemist
Ginger Beer: Fever Tree, Q Mixers
Tommy's Margarita


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
-2 oz Reposado Tequila
-1 oz Lime Juice
-½ oz Agave Nectar
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Reposado Tequila: Tapatio, El Tesoro, Tres Agaves
Agave Nectar: Kirkland Signature
Gun Metal Blue


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
-1 ½ oz Mezcal
-½ oz Blue Curacao
-¼ oz Peach Liqueur
-¾ oz Lime Juice
-¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds and then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange peel.

Blue Curacao: Giffard, Combier
Peach Liqueur: Giffard, Mathilde
Cinnamon Syrup: B.G. Reynolds
Aztec Old Fashioned


In a mixing glass with ice, add the following ingredients:
-1 oz Reposado Tequila
-½ oz Mezcal
-½ oz Ancho Reyes
-½ oz Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao
-3 dashes Bittermens Xocaltl Mole Bitters
Stir 30-45 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
