Aperol Spritz


2 oz Aperol
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz Sparkling Water
Add all ingredients to a wine glass filled with ice cubes. Give a gentle stir. Garnish with an orange slice or some green olives.
Paper Plane


¾ oz Bourbon
¾ oz Aperol
¾ oz Amaro Nonino
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake 10-15 seconds and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel, a paper plane, or nothing at all.
Recommended Ingredients
Bourbon: Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Any Quality Bourbon (90 proof or above)
Negroni/Boulevardier


1 oz London Dry Gin (substitute Bourbon for a Boulevardier)
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large format ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice or orange peel.
Recommended Ingredients
Gin: Tanqueray, Beefeater, Ford's
Bourbon: Buffalo Trace, any bourbon 90 proof or higher
Sweet Vermouth: Carpano Antica Formula, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Cinzano Rosso
Amaretto Sour


1 ½ oz Amaretto
¾ oz Cask Strength Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Egg White or Aquafaba (or use several dashes of Fee Foam)
If using egg white or aquafaba, add all ingredients to shaker WITHOUT ice. Dry shake for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds. [If using Fee Foam, add all ingredients with ice and shake 10-15 seconds). Strain into a rocks glass over large format ice. Garnish with a lemon peel and maraschino cherry.
Recommended Ingredients
Amaretto: Di Saronno, Luxardo, Lazzaroni
Cask Strength Bourbon: Morgenthaler used Booker's in his 2012 recipe, Old Granddad 114, Benchmark Full Proof, Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof, or other higher proof bourbon
