Dark & Stormy
Booze
In a highball glass filled with ice, add 4-5 oz ginger beer and ½ oz lime juice. Float 2 oz dark rum over a spoon on top of cocktail. Garnish with lime wedge.
No Booze
In a highball glass filled with ice, add 4-5 oz ginger beer and ½ oz lime juice. Float 2 oz nonalcoholic rum over a spoon on top of cocktail. Garnish with lime wedge.
Recommended Ingredients
Dark Rum: Denizen Vatted Dark Rum, Gosling's Dark Rum, Hamilton 86 Demerara Rum, Coruba Jamaican Dark Rum
Nonalcoholic Rum: Ritual Zero Proof
Ginger Beer: Fever Tree, Q Mixers, Gosling's
Winter Margarita
Booze
In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
-1 ½ oz Blanco Tequila
-½ oz Triple Sec
-¾ oz Lime Juice
-¾ oz Spiced Grenadine
Shake 10-15 seconds. Strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish.
No Booze
In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
-1 ½ oz Nonalcoholic Tequila
-½ oz Nonalcoholic Triple Sec
-¾ oz Lime Juice
-¾ oz Spiced Grenadine
Shake 10-15 seconds. Strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish.
Spiced Grenadine: Dissolve 2 cups sugar into 2 cups 100% pomegranate juice over medium heat. Take off heat once dissolved and add 2 oz pomegranate molasses and 1 tsp orange flower water. Let 1 cinnamon stick, 2 star anise, and 3 cloves steep in the syrup for several days before use.

Shake 10-15 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lime wedge.

-¾ oz Lime Juice
-¼ oz Pure Cranberry Juice

Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large format ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
