Yule Tidal Wave Punch


Multiply ingredients to get the number of desired servings
1 oz Aged Rum
1 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
1/4 oz Allspice Dram
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
You can prebatch all ingredients ahead of time and chill. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Recommended Ingredients
Aged Rum: Privateer Bottled-in-Bond, Denizen 8Yr Merchant's Reserve
Bourbon: Buffalo Trace or anything 90 proof or above
Cognac: Hine VSOP, Brandy Sainte Louise, Hennessy VS
Yippee Ki-Yay Motherfucker!


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients:
2 oz Blended Aged Rum (a blend with a Jamaican component would be best)
3/4 oz Ube Coconut Syrup
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Whip shake with pebble ice until mostly gone. Pour into a Santa mug and top with pebble ice. Garnish with mint.
Ube Coconut Syrup: Add some ube extract and stir together with cream of coconut such as Coco Real until the syrup is the shade of purple you desire. A little goes a long way.

Blended Aged Rum: Denizen 8Yr Merchant's Reserve, Appleton Estate Signature, Plantation 5 Year
Ube Extract: Butterfly Ube Extract
S'mores Old Fashioned


In a mixing glass, add the following ingredients with ice:
1 ½ oz Bourbon
½ oz Becherovka
¼ oz Walnut Liqueur
¼ oz Demerara Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with large format ice (preferably spherical). No garnish.
Recommended Ingredients
Bourbon: Buffalo Trace, any bourbon 90 proof or higher
Walnut Liqueur: Nux Alpina, Nocello, Don Ciccio & Figli Nocino
Demerara Syrup: Liber & Co. Demerara Gum Syrup, Eli Mason Demerara Syrup, B.G. Reynolds Rich Demerara Syrup
Eggnog


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients:
1 oz Cognac
1 oz Dark Rum
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Heavy Cream
Shake 10-15 seconds with ice. Strain out the ice and add a whole egg (or 1 1/2 oz liquid egg). Dry shake and double strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Dark Rum: Denizen Vatted Dark, Coruba, Myers, Gosling's
