Cotton Headed Ninny Muggins Punch


In a punch bowl, add the following ingredients and whisk together…
20 oz Blanco Tequila
7 ½ oz Triple Sec
½ pint Strawberries Blended into 10 oz Lime Juice
1 ½ oz Agave Nectar
Top with 750ml bottle of Sparkling Rosé Wine
Garnish each serving a sliced strawberry and a pinch of pink cotton candy.

In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
1 ½ oz Shochu
¾ oz Midori Melon Liqueur
¾ oz Yuzu Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with Fever Tree Yuzu & Lime Soda. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cranberries.

Shochu: Mizu Barley Shochu, Satsuma Shochu

In a shaker tin with pebble ice, add the following ingredients with ice:
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz White Rum
½ oz Licor 43
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Napa Wine Syrup
¼ oz Almond Syrup
Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
Whip shake and pour into rocks glass. Fill with pebble ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Dark Rum: Denizen Vatted Dark, Planteray Original Dark, Gosling's, Coruba
White Rum: Denizen 5Yr White Rum, Planteray 3 Star White Rum, Probitas White Rum, Flor de Cana 4Yr White Rum

Napa Wine Syrup: Place 16 oz Napa Valley red wine into a pot. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half. Then add 1 cup of sugar until dissolved.
Almond Syrup: Dissolve 1 cup sugar into 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk over medium heat.

In a mixing glass, add the following ingredients with ice:
¾ oz Aged Rum
¼ oz Pecan Liqueur
¾ oz Brown Butter Fat Washed Apple Brandy
1 oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry
¼ oz Vanilla Liqueur
3 drops Saline Solution
Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Float a maple infused cream on top and spritz with blackstrap rum.

Aged Rum: Privateer Bottled-in-Bond, Denizen 8Yr Aged Rum, Appleton Signature Rum
Pecan Liqueur: Rivulet
Apple Brandy: Laird's Bottled-in-Bond
PX Sherry: Osborne, Lustau
Vanilla Liqueur: Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
Brown-Butter Fat Washed Apple Brandy: Brown 1 stick of unsalted butter over medium-low heat but do not burn. Combine browned butter with 750ml bottle of Apple Brandy. Let infuse for four hours on the counter before placing in the freezer overnight. Spoon out solid fat and strain brandy through a coffee filter and bottle.
