Stone Fence Punch


2 oz Apple Brandy, Dark Rum, or Rye Whiskey
5 oz Fresh-Pressed Apple Cider
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Multiply ingredients in a punch bowl or serving vessel and give it a stir. Serve in individual glasses over ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg, a mint sprig, or a lemon wheel.

Apple Brandy: Laird's Bottled-in-Bond, Laird's Applejack 86, Clear Creek
Northern Lights


1 oz London Dry Gin
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 barspoons Cranberry Sauce (homemade or high quality canned sauce)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake 10-15 seconds and double strain into a chilled coupe. Top with 2 oz sparkling wine. Garnish with 2-3 skewered cranberries.

Gin: Ford's, Beefeater, Tanqueray, Gate 11, Aviation
Walnut Old Fashioned


2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Walnut Liqueur
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
4 dashes Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large format ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
Recommended Ingredients
Bourbon: Buffalo Trace, any bourbon 90 proof or higher
Walnut Liqueur: Nux Alpina, Nocello, Don Ciccio & Figli Nocino
Orange Bitters: Regan's, Angostura, Fee Brothers
Demerara Syrup: Homemade (see recipe below), Liber & Co. Demerara Gum Syrup, Eli Mason Demerara Syrup, B.G. Reynolds Rich Demerara Syrup
Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini


1 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
1/2 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup
4-6 dashes Fee Foam
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe with a pumpkin spice sugar rim. Garnish with three coffee beans.
Pumpkin Spice Syrup Recipe: Bring 1.5 cups of Demerara sugar and 1.5 cups water to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground cloves, and 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg to the syrup. Return to medium and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Let cool for 20 minutes, strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth, and bottle.

Coffee Liqueur: Mr. Black or any artisanal coffee liqueur
Cold Brew Concentrate: Starbucks
