Witches' Brew


1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz Blueberry Liqueur
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Pomegranate Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz Club Soda
You can prebatch all ingredients (except soda) ahead of time and chill. Just before serving, add the club soda. Add edible glitter for garnish. If using dry ice, use extreme caution to make sure it is dissolved and not consumed.

Blanco Tequila: Tapatio, Lalo, Altos
Blueberry Liqueur: Tattersall, Blended Family
Frankenstein's Monster


1 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Cream of Coconut
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with pebble ice. Whip shake until dissolved. Pour into a tiki glass and fill with pebble ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds.

Cream of Coconut: Coco Real, Liber & Co, Liquid Alchemist
Dracula's Blood


1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Chambord
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake 10-15 seconds with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with pomegranate arils.
Recommended Ingredients
Bourbon: Buffalo Trace, any bourbon 90 proof or higher
Demerara Syrup: Liber & Co. Demerara Gum Syrup, Eli Mason Demerara Syrup, B.G. Reynolds Rich Demerara Syrup
Black Magic Old Fashioned


2 oz Aged Rum
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with large format ice. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice and cherry.

Aged Rum: El Dorado 12Yr, Denizen 8Yr
Coffee Liqueur: Mr. Black or any artisanal coffee liqueur
Orange Bitters: Regan's, Angostura, Fee Brothers
Chocolate Bitters: Scrappy's
