Nightmare on Bourbon Street Punch


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Apple Cider
1/4 oz Maple Syrup
Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass. Top with hard cider. Garnish with dehydrated lemon.
Recommended Ingredients
Bourbon: Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, Old Grand Dad Bonded
Hard Cider: any dry expression from Diskin, Atlanta Cider Co, or Angry Orchard
Dead Man's Handle


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Almond Syrup (Orgeat)
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Sprinkle with Tajin seasoning on top for garnish.
Recommended Ingredients
Blanco Tequila: Tapatio, Arette, Tres Agaves

In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
1 oz Gin
1 oz Fernet Branca
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.

Gin: Junipero, Tanqueray, Aviation
Syrup Recipes
Ginger Syrup: Dissolve equal parts sugar and 100% ginger juice over medium heat.
Tootsie Roll Manhattan


In a mixing glass, add the following ingredients with ice:
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry
6 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Drop a maraschino cherry into the bottom of the coupe.

Rye Whiskey: Rittenhouse, Old Overholt, Sazerac 100 Proof, Jack Daniel's Bonded
PX Sherry: Lustau, Osborne
