Pumpkin Punch

Serves 8 to 12

  • 18 oz Bourbon

  • 8 oz Ginger Liqueur

  • 12 oz Apple Juice

  • 12 oz Lemon Juice

  • 12 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 4 oz Cinnamon Syrup

  • 6 tbsp Pumpkin Puree

Add all ingredients to a punch bowl and stir until combined. Chill until ready to serve in rocks glasses over ice.

  • Bourbon: Buffalo Trace, Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond, Wild Turkey 101, Old Forester 100 Proof, Old Grand Dad Bonded

  • Ginger Liqueur: Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur, Domaine de Canton

Spiced Pear Margarita

In a shaker tin with ice, add

  • 1 ½ oz Reposado Tequila

  • ½ oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

  • ¾ oz Lime Juice

  • ½ oz Agave Nectar

Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

  • Reposado Tequila: Tapatio, Tres Agaves, Casa Noble, Arette

Normandy Old Fashioned

  • 1 oz American Apple Brandy

  • 1 oz Calvados

  • ¼ oz Allspice Dram

  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters


Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir 30-45 seconds until chilled and strain into a rocks glass over a large format ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.

  • Calvados: Boulard VSOP, Daron Fine

Walnut Alexander

  • 1 ½ oz Demerara Rum

  • ¾ oz Walnut Liqueur

  • ¾ oz Heavy Cream

  • Fat ¼ oz Demerara Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker with ice. Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
