Hotel Nacional Punch Royale


Serves 6
In a punch container, add the following ingredients:
12 oz White Rum
1 ½ oz Apricot Liqueur
3 oz Simple Syrup
6 oz Pineapple Juice
3 oz Lime Juice
Chill until ready to serve with several large ice cubes. Top with 6 oz sparkling wine and garnish with lime wheels and mint leaves.

White Rum: Plantation 3 Star, Probitas, Flor de Cana 4 Yr Extra Seco
Apricot Liqueur: Combier Liqueur d'Apricot, Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot, Giffard Liqueur d'Abricot
El Floridita Daiquiri No.1


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients with ice:
-2 oz White Rum
-3/4 oz Lime Juice
-1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
-1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel and maraschino cherry.

Maraschino Liqueur: Luxardo, Maraska
Maraschino Cherries: Luxardo, Filthy Black Cherries, Fabbri Amarena
Mojito


In a highball glass, place 10-12 mint leaves in the bottom. Gently press the leaves 2-3 times with muddler then add the following ingredients.
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Add a little club soda and ice
Top with more club soda
Garnish with a mint bouquet and place straw near mint.

El Presidente


In a mixing glass with ice, add the following ingredients:
1 ½ oz White Rum
1 oz Blanc Vermouth
½ oz Dry Curacao
¼ oz Grenadine
3 drops Orange Flower Water
Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
