Boardable 615 Margarita Madness Cocktail Class

Tequila Watermelon Punch

For every serving of punch, combine the following ingredients:

-1 oz Blanco Tequila

-¾ oz Quality Triple Sec

-¼ oz Ancho Verde

-1 oz Lime Juice

-3 oz Watermelon Juice

Part-Time Lover

In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:

-1 ½ oz Blanco Tequila

-½ oz Aperol

-½ oz St. Germain

-¾ oz Lemon Juice

-2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Hot Lips

In a mixing glass with ice, add the following ingredients:

-¾ oz Blanco Tequila

-¾ oz Mezcal

-½ oz Ancho Verde

-½ oz Lemon Juice

-½ oz Pineapple Juice

-½ oz Vanilla Syrup

Stir 30-45 seconds and strain into a salt-rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice.

Build Your Own Margarita

[Come up with a recipe that is 2 to 2 ¼ oz alcohol total]

_______ oz base spirit (Blanco Tequila, Reposado Tequila, and/or Mezcal)

_______ oz modifier (Triple Sec, Apricot, Blue, Blackberry, Peach, Elderflower, Aperol, Ancho Verde, Spiced Pear, Ginger, Violet, Amaretto, Limoncello, Mint)

_______ oz citrus juice (lemon or lime) [½ to 1 oz depending on tartness]

_______ oz other juice (pineapple, orange, or grapefruit) [up to 1 oz total]

_______ oz sweetener (agave, simple, demerara, almond, honey, mint) [¼ to ¾ oz depending on tartness]

[optional] 2 dashes bitters (Orange, Lemon, Fire Tincture, Plum, Rhubarb, Cherry, Peach, Molé)

Garnish (circle one): Lime Wedge or Lemon Wedge, Salt Rim
