Freezer Door Martini


In a 750ml bottle, add the following:
-12 oz London Dry Gin
-6 oz Dry Vermouth
-3 ½ oz Distilled Water
-10 dashes Orange Bitters
Put in the freezer overnight. When ready to serve, pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist or olive.
Recommended Ingredients
London Dry Gin: Junipero, Ford's, Tanqueray No.10, Bombay Sapphire, Beefeater
Dry Vermouth: Dolin, Carpano Dry
Orange Bitters: Regan's, Fee Brothers

Shaken or Stirred (circle one)
[Come up with a recipe that is 3 oz alcohol total]
_______ oz base spirit (Gin or Vodka)
_______ oz vermouth (Dry, Sweet, Blanc, or Cocchi Americano)
[optional] 2 dashes bitters (Orange, Lemon, Fire Tincture, Plum, Rhubarb, Cherry, Peach, Peychaud’s)
[optional] _____ oz Olive Juice (use in ½ oz increments)
Garnish (circle one)
Fruit: Lemon or Orange Twist, Cherry
Stuffed Olives: Garlic, Blue Cheese, Hot Pepper
P☆rn Star Martini


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following:
-1 ½ oz Vanilla Vodka
-¾ oz Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur
-¾ oz Passionfruit Puree
-½ oz Lime Juice
-¼ oz Vanilla Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with passionfruit (dried or fresh half) and a sidecar of sparkling wine.

Espresso Martini


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following:
-1 oz Vodka
-1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur
-1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
-¼ oz Simple Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain ice out. Dry shake to build a foam and then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
