Martini & Tonic


In a highball glass filled with ice, add the following ingredients:
-2-3 oz Freezer Martini (undiluted)
-Top with Quality Tonic Water
Add a straw and garnish with an olive and lime wedge on a cocktail pick.
Freezer Martini (undiluted)
2 parts Gin
1 part Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Orange Bitters for every 3 oz of liquid
Recommended Ingredients
London Dry Gin: Junipero, Ford's, Tanqueray No.10, Bombay Sapphire, Beefeater
Dry Vermouth: Dolin, Carpano Dry
Orange Bitters: Regan's, Fee Brothers
Build Your Own Martini

Shaken or Stirred (circle one)
[Come up with a recipe that is 3 oz alcohol total]
_______ oz base spirit (Gin or Vodka)
_______ oz vermouth (Dry or Sweet)
[optional] 2 dashes bitters (Orange, Lemon, Fire Tincture, Plum, Rhubarb, Cherry, Peach, Peychaud’s)
[optional] _____ oz Olive Juice (use in ½ oz increments)
Garnish (circle one)
Fruit: Lemon or Orange Twist, Cherry
Stuffed Olives: Garlic, Blue Cheese, Hot Pepper
Lemon Drop Martini


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following:
-1 ½ oz Citron Vodka
-½ oz Triple Sec (quality)
-1 oz Lemon Juice
-¾ oz Simple Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Breakfast Martini


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following:
-1 ½ oz Gin
-¾ oz Triple Sec (quality)
-¾ oz Lemon Juice
-1 tsp Orange Marmalade
Stir all the ingredients together to dissolve the marmalade in the liquid. Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a triangle of buttered toast or an orange peel.
