Gin & Tonic


In a highball glass, add the following ingredients:
-2 oz Gin
-¼ oz Lime Juice
-4-6 oz Quality Tonic Water
Lightly stir with straw and garnish with a lime wedge or expressed citrus peel.
Recommended Ingredients
Gin: Junipero, Ford's, Beefeater
Tonic Water: Fever Tree Mediterranean, Fever Tree Premium Indian, Q Mixers, Fever Tree Light, Q Mixers Light
Pisco Sour


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
-2 oz Pisco
-½ oz Lime Juice
-½ oz Lemon Juice
-1 oz Simple Syrup
-¾ oz Egg White
Shake 10-15 seconds with ice. Strain out the ice and dry shake for 20-30 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a few drops of Peruvian Amargo Chuncho Bitters or Angostura Bitters.

Pisco: Barsol Quebranta, Macchu Pisco
Bitters: Amargo Chuncho, Angostura Bitters
Sidecar


In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
-1 ½ oz Brandy or Cognac
-¾ oz Quality Triple Sec
-¾ oz Lemon Juice
-¼ oz Demerara Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel (dry) or orange peel (sweet).

Brandy/Cognac: Brandy Sainte Louise, Hennessy VS Cognac
Triple Sec: Cointreau, Luxardo Triplum
Demerara Syrup: Homemade (see recipe below), Liber & Co. Demerara Gum Syrup, Eli Mason Demerara Syrup, B.G. Reynolds Rich Demerara Syrup
Manhattan


In a stirring glass with ice, add the following ingredients:
-2 oz Rye Whiskey
-1 oz Sweet Vermouth
-2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir 30-45 seconds with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Recommended Ingredients
Rye Whiskey: Rittenhouse, Sazerac, Nelson Bros, Old Overholt
Sweet Vermouth: Cocchi di Torino, Carpano Antica Formula, Cinzano, Dolin Rouge
