Dead Rabbit Irish Punch


Fill a punch bowl with all the ingredients and stir to combine.
-10 ½ oz Irish Whiskey
-5oz Calvados
-2 ½ oz Pineapple Juice
-7 ½ oz Lemon Juice
-2 ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
-5 oz Genmaicha Green Tea Syrup
-20 dashes Peach Bitters
Serves approximately 10. Garnish individual servings with freshly grated nutmeg.

In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients with ice:
-2 oz Irish Whiskey
-¾ oz Lemon Juice
-¾ oz Grenadine
Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel and cherry..

Emerald Manhattan


In a mixing glass, add the following ingredients with ice:
-2 oz Irish Whiskey
-1 oz Sweet Vermouth
-2 dashes Orange Bitters
-1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange peel over the drink and discard.

Irish Breakfast Stout


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients with ice:
-1 ½ oz Irish Whiskey
-½ oz Coffee Liqueur
-1 oz Cold Brew
-½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with Guinness. Garnish with a cacao cream float and shaved chocolate.
