Frozen Piña Colada

In a blender, add the following ingredients:

-1 oz Planteray Stiggins Pineapple Rum

-1 oz Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum

-1 oz Pineapple Juice

-1/2 oz Lime Juice

-1 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup/Cream of Coconut

-1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum [optional]

Blend all the liquid ingredients until well-combined. Then add pebble ice to the blender. To measure pebble ice, fill your intended serving vessel and then pour it into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple wedge and/or fronds.

Hugo Spritz

In a stemmed wine glass full of ice, add the following ingredients in order:

-3 oz Sparkling Wine

-1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

-1/2 oz Mint Syrup

-1 oz Club Soda

Gently stir and garnish with a bouquet of mint and a lemon wheel.

Mint Syrup: Dissolve 1 cup sugar into 1 cup water over medium heat. Let 16 sprigs of mint infuse into simple syrup for 30-60 minutes as the syrup cools.

Recommended Ingredients:

-Sparkling Wine: Kirkland Prosecco, Les Allies Sparkling Brut, or any affordable sparkling wine you are willing to drink on its own

Caipirinha

In a shaker tin, add the following:

-2 oz Cachaça (or Vodka for a Caipiroska)

-1 small lime, quartered

-2 teaspoons superfine sugar

Muddle the ingredients. Add ice and shake 10-15 seconds. Party pour into a rocks glass and additional ice to fill.

*You can purchase superfine/caster sugar or pulse regular granulated sugar in a food processor or blender until it's finely ground, but not powdery.

-Cachaça: Novo Fogo Silver, Avua Prata

Cantarito

In a shaker tin with ice, add the following:

-2 oz Reposado Tequila

-3/4 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice

-3/4 oz Orange Juice

-1/2 oz Lime Juice

-1 dash Saline Solution

Shake 10-15 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a Cantarito clay mug. Top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lime wedge coated in Tajin seasoning.

-Reposado Tequila: Tapatio, El Tesoro, Arette, Altos

-Grapefruit Soda: Fever Tree, Q Mixers, Squirt (Mexican variety that uses cane sugar and not HFCS)
