Canadian Whisky Punch


-2 750ml bottles 100% rye Canadian whisky (80 proof)
-8 oz Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
-3 lemons, thinly sliced
-1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into rings
-6 oz sugar dissolved into 6 cups water
Combine whisky, rum, lemon, and pineapple in a container and let stand for at least 3 hours. Dissolve the sugar into water and stir into whisky mixture in the serving vessel. Refrigerate at least an hour. Grate nutmeg over each serving.

Canadian Rye Whiskey: Alberta Premium, Lot No.40
Irish Maid


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients with ice:
-2 cucumber slices
-2 oz Irish Whiskey
-½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
-¾ oz Lemon Juice
-¾ oz Simple Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with cucumber slices.

Irish Whiskey: Tullamore D.E.W., Jameson
Elderflower Liqueur: St. Germain, St. Elder, Giffard
Penicillin


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients with ice:
-2 oz Blended Scotch Whisky
-¾ oz Ginger Honey Syrup
-¾ oz Lemon Juice
Shake 10-15 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a spritz of peaty Scotch and candied ginger.
Recommended Ingredients
Blended Scotch: Monkey Shoulder, Famous Grouse, Dewar's White Label
Peaty Scotch: Laphroaig 10Yr, Ardbeg Wee Beastie, Compass Box Peat Monster
Ginger-Honey Syrup Recipe: In a pot over medium heat, combine equal parts 100% ginger juice and honey until combined.
Nail in the Coffin


In a mixing glass, add the following ingredients with ice:
-1 ½ oz Japanese Whisky
-¾ oz Dry Madeira Wine
-½ oz Licor 43
-¼ oz Fernet Branca
Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with freshly grated cardamom pods.
Recommended Ingredients
Japanese Whisky: Toki, Taketsuru Pure Malt, Mars Iwai 45, Yamazaki 12Yr Single Malt (if you want to spend a lot)
Dry Madeira Wine: Sandeman Rainwater Madeira
