Vodka Gimlet
Magical Margarita

Vodka Gimlet


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients with ice:
2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Lime Cordial
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Lime Cordial Recipe
Peel 8 limes (reserve peeled limes) and cover the peels with 1lb of sugar and ensure the peels are mixed with the dry sugar. Let rest for 24 hours. Next day, juice peeled limes and add juice to the sugar-lime peel mixture and stir to incorporate the juice into the sugar. Rest for another 24 hours. Stir again to dissolve any remaining sugar into the juice. Strain out the lime peels and bottle.
Magical Margarita


Pour 2 oz of butterfly pea flower infused tequila over ice in a glass. In a shaker tin with ice, add the following ingredients:
3/4 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into glass with infused tequila. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Tequila
Add 1 teaspoon of butterfly pea flower powder to 8 ounces of blanco tequila. Infuse for a few hours to achieve desired color. Strain out any potential solids.
Island Old Fashioned


In a mixing glass, add the following ingredients and ice.
2 oz Coconut Oil Fat-Washed Bourbon
1 oz Simple Syrup
2-3 dashes Toasted Almond Bitters
Stir until chilled, 30-45 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large clear cube. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.

Wheated Bourbon: Maker's Mark, Larceny, Rebel, Weller
Fat Washing Recipe
In a quart jar, combine a 750mL bottle of wheated bourbon with 1/3 cup melted coconut oil. Set aside and infuse for 6 hours at room temperature. Then place in the freezer for 2 horus. Afterward, scoop off the fat and strain the remaining liquid through cheesecloth. Keep fat-washed bourbon stored in the refrigerator.
