Arnaud's French 75


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients:
1 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Mulled Whiskey Sour


In a shaker tin, add the following ingredients with ice:
2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Mulled Wine Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Shake 10-15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Mulled Wine Syrup: In a medium pot, add 2 cups dry red wine, 1.5 cups brown sugar, 1/2 cup halved cranberries, 1 medium orange-sliced, 1 lemon-sliced, 10 whole cloves, 2 star anise pods, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 1 tsp ground nutmeg. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and then simmer 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool, and add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract before bottling.
Gingerbread Old Fashioned


In a mixing glass, add the following ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Gingerbread Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir 30-45 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large format ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
Gingerbread Syrup: In a pot, add 3/4 cup pure ginger juice, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons molasses, and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer for 5 minutes. Once cool, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and then bottle.
